Cate in NZ
I've just had a lovely evening. The menfolk are at football, so Imogen and I just lit the fire and the candles, snuck under a fleecy blanket and ate an entire tub of Ben & Jerry's whilst watching a trashy DVD. My idea of heaven
theherd123
Oh i dream of evenings like that!!! How wonderful for you both I have been stripping wallpaper and cleaning up after the builders! Oh which trashy DVD did you watch?
Guest
Kate - sounds like bliss! Chookiehubbie spent the night watching Stargate and Stargate: Atlantis - I've spent the night searching the web, in an attempt to assist Santa in his present hunt! Emma - sounds like HELL - have some chocolate, and snuggle up with the forum for a while!

Cate in NZ
Oh, I've got to admit I much prefer my lazy evening to the idea of wallpaper stripping and building clear up. But by tomorrow morning my waistline will be expanded (thanks Ben & Jerry's ) and my living room just the same.... your evening was much more productive We watched a DVD called "An unfinished life", not exactly a blockbuster, but it was the most family friendly thing available to hire, with Robert Redford, Jennifer Lopez and a bear. Very trashy I'm afraid.... but I'm very easily pleased

I like the Phish Food one but the Baileys one wins hands down!

Cate in NZ
We had Dublin Mudslide. Generally I'm a plain vanilla girl, Imogen likes Caramel chew chew best, so we compromised. Tub of Phish food in the freezer though, 2 tubs for £5 at the moment in Waitrose

Mel (& Paul)
Let's face it - ANY ice cream is GOOD ice cream (and think of all the calcium you get from eating dairy ice cream )
Martin B
Chookie I may be wrong but aren't you Hearts fans in your family. I'm sure it won't be a blissful evening to you. Just package up Craig Gordon and send him over to Villa Park please.
