littleleicesterfox
I was wondering if anyone could help me with ordering some rabbit - I've never cooked with it before and we have a delish-looking recipe and I've found a website who will send some to us. The problem I've got is they have the joints listed but all I know is that I need 900g of rabbit and so I don't know how many, for example, saddles of rabbit to buy. Does anyone have any experience with this so I can try this out? Many thanks in advance (and many apologies if I've upset any vegetarians)
Chickvic
I don't know - I had a rabbit a few weeks ago, done in the slow cooker But my rabbit was whole apart from the head and feet. My DS ate most of it - he loved it and my DD was outraged and refused to try any. Edited to add - when my nan and grandad had rabbit frequently years ago it was always whole too.
