Girls don't like it when i take mirror away

I have a mirror outside the girls coop/run,

 

They like to lie,eat and Scratch right next to it :roll:

 

But about 10 mins ago i tried to take it away and they didn't like it they started running up and down the run trying to find the mirror :lol:

 

 

Do i have vain chickens? :lol:
