kazaddress Posted November 5, 2006 Share Posted November 5, 2006 4 apples 4oz self raising flour 4oz butter 4oz sugar 2 eggs good pinch of cinnamon Peel and chop apples into chunky 1 inch peaces Mix flour, butter, sugar, cinnamon and eggs together. Coat apples in cake mixture Bake for about 30mins untill a knife comes clean out. this is such a moist cake! best served hot with custard!
