A friend has some pretty horrific scars after a nasty car accident 20 years ago; she has been using this and is singing its praises. She's a tough cookie and hard to impress, so it must be good. My C section scar was originally fine, but after a hysterectomy last year, when they unzipped it, it has been raised and lumpy. Nothing bad, but I just wish it were better. She's going to pop some of this in a pot for me to try. I will report back. The stuff isn't cheap, but if it works then it might be worth it for someone with bad/visible scarring.
