I'm a bit of a horse fan It was really interesting e.g. the ceremonial riding, and Alan Titchmarsh was on a horse Prince Philip was funny and it was interesting to hear some details about the jobs involved in running the show and managing the horses and the involvement the Queen/Prince Phillip have with horses. I always thought that the trooping of the colour was a great spectacle and it was a shame that the queen had to abandon it. I remember those fallen horses in Hyde Park so many years ago. A friend who was there still speaks of the horror.
