Lesley Posted September 10, 2009 Share Posted September 10, 2009 I filtered and bottled my Nocino yesterday - it has an 'interesting' taste! I didn't leave it as long as I was going to as I made it in my big stainless steel saucapan and I needed to use it. I thought I would just borrow it back for a while and then leave it until the 20th September but it was OK as it was . I tested it on Carl and my son, as he was here, and both liked it - neither of them are the sweet liqueur type really It is dark brown, has a raisiny aroma and a slightly herbal taste.
