Fur 'n' Feathers Posted August 7, 2009 Share Posted August 7, 2009 Well, we took the cats to the vet last night. They had been given Advocate & a wormer last month without being seen as they agreed delaying their mandatory checkup (so we can pick up future prescriptions) while they settled in. (Our vet offers this health check up free.) True to form they made us out to be liars! Marley was the big gentle bear pussycat and Marcie was like butter didn't melt in her mouth - so gentle (remember?, she's the "killer" cat). Our vet thought Marley was "impressive" and Marcie was a "lovely" cat and then stated that he felt they wouldn't look out of place in the wild cat area of Port Lympne Zoo . They went back in their carriers with no problems..... but oh Marcie got her own back later..... Just before going to bed when locking the back door we found a live frog, which proceeded to jump all round the kitchen (Fur can't stand frogs!). This morning their combat tunnel was in the middle of the hall. When we rolled it back another frog jumped out & all along the hall Fur was on the stairs until it had been put outside Marcie was only bringing him presents Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
