I really wish Lucy and Ethel would start laying. I LOVE 3 egg Omlettes and presently I'm having to wait 3 days to make one with only Coco Chanel doing the laying....

I know, more hens are in order since I had to rehome the original Coco, my logic is "Rehome one cockerel, get 3 hens to replace." But my friend Prudence will NOT allow me to get anymore hens until I've sorted out the walk in run. Which I will hopefully have completed before the farm auction at the end of October.

 

P.S. to Vicki, Sorry your girls are being stingy with the eggs.
