sallyj
Hi everyone! My 4 new girls arrived yesterday and I can't help going outside ans looking at them every two minutes I have a Bluebelle called Mabel, a Rhode Ranger called Rosie, a Bovans Goldline called Willow and a Bovans Amber called Emily. Mabel seems to be top hen but only a few pecks. The other 3 seem to be very calm and placid. mabel wants to be first for everything! They also love grapes and corn. What a surprise! They managed to come down the cube ladder this morning but have not explored going back up again at all. I think I may have to help them go up the ladder tonight. Should be interesting. I shall send pics as soon as I can. PS. My OH was not very keen on the idea of getting chickens but he is going to check on them nearly as much as me Sally
Ain't Nobody Here
Congratulations on your girls - they sound lovely (although we'll need to see those photos to be sure ). Good news about your OH . They're easily won over by the cute feathery little creatures .
Gamebird
Hi Sally and welcome. I've also got a Bluebelle called Mabel and she sounds just like yours. Noisy, nosy and quite a character.
