bridgy chooks Posted November 29, 2006 Share Posted November 29, 2006 Got home tonight and found not 1 but 2 eggs in the eglu - yay! Gabbi's laid her first egg and it's perfect.... well done Gabs! Just one thing... Gabbi is the speckled sussex and we thought she was meant to have dark eggs but she's laid one with a cream coloured shell whereas Maggi lays light brown eggs.
