Elderly cat breathing difficulties when purring

A newbie question really. I clean out my cube each week and on the whole it is quite easy. I do find it fiddly though to dry the plastic roosting bars as there are so many corners and sides to clean and dry. Any suggestions or is there no easy way of doing it

I tend to leave my Eglu ones to dry naturally after a good shake, its just too much faff any other way!

Yep same here. Give 'em a shake and stick them to one side while I clean the rest of the Eglu.

I normally leave it all in the sun to dry off a bit but if it's raining I just give it all a quick wipe over with an old towel. Not perfectly dry but nor are they if they are out in the rain before bed so I imagine a little wetness wouldn't kill them.

I tend to leave them to dry too or give them a quick wipe on the top side with an old tea towel . I don't bother too much about the nooks and crannies underneath!

I lay mine on the floor and pressure wash them whilst brushing them with a stiff broom. The best way I have found to clean them!

 

Then give them a good shake, set them aside to dry a little and finally wipe them over to dry the last little bits just before I put them back.

I leave mine to dry while I'm cleaning the rest of the Cube. Then when I put them back in I shake a bit of aubiose over them, to soak up any moisture. I've never dried mine - I assume it will just drip off into the poo trays before they go to bed.
