Egluntyne
You'll be lucky! He will at this time of year, but come the spring........... Your neighbours might like quite like the sound though.

the Lurker
our Basil is 3 months old and has been crowing (if rather pathetically at first) for the past 3 weeks or so luckily he is far too small to eat and has become the family favourite so i don't think he has the same icey fate as Egluntine's Anton if you're worried about neighbours try popping him in a small cat box at bed time and put him somewhere nice and dark. Baz goes in the garage with a blanket tucked over his box for warmth and light tightness and it seems to keep him quiet until he's let out in the morning. sadly in our case it's 2 of our girls who are more of a problem than him and we just can't get them to shut up in the morning!
