I have bought a Treadle feeder for my girls, and I filled it with pellets, however, since the integration of the ex batts, all girls are now favouring the mash/pellet mix I have for the ex batts (about half and half), so I am filling up the little feeders twice daily and the treadle feeder is being left untouched

 

Could I use a Pellet/Mash mix in the Treadle feeder or would it clog it?

 

Thanks, the whole point of getting the treadle feeder in the first place was that I wouldn't need to be filling feeders constantly

I have a treadle feeder but I put mash in mine and it filters through really well.

 

Not sure if pellets would work as I've never tried but I would imagine it would be OK.
