I don't need glasses, thats not the problem, and it was fine last night (I went out and came back and thought it was cos i was drunk ) Does anyone know how I can make it better? Try right clicking on the desktop, properties, settings and change the resolution to see if it improves. If it's not that, it must be you . majorbloodnock Posted October 3, 2009 Share Posted October 3, 2009 If it's a CRT screen (i.e. a great big box like a telly instead of a fancy flat and thin LCD screen), you can sometimes find you get a build up of electrons which could have this sort of effect. In the manual that comes with it, it'll have instructions on degaussing, which will resolve this issue. Of course, it may not be that, in which case you might find it's the result either of someone having fiddled with the various settings or, if it's an old screen, it simply wearing out. However, if this has been fairly sudden, I'd say it's more likey to be something that can be resolved by a bit of tinkering than not.
