Please can any one help. One of my hens has no feathers around her vent and seems to be ozzing white . There has been no eggs for a few days and she has not eatten for a day as far as i know. I have noticed blood in the coup yesterday but not today. The other hens i have noticed have tried to peck the area. I have bathed her twice in warm water with t tree. She is also not moving from the coup. can any one help? Thank you

You need to separate her so the others don't attack her. CAn you bring her inside and keep her warm. My instinct would be to take her to the vet though

She could be egg bound or it could be peritonitis - that's where an egg has broken inside her on the way out and it's all gone bad. Either way, you'll need a vet. But I'm not an expert at all - there are others here who are - they must be out shopping!

I'm not an expert I'm afraid but I did wonder if she might be egg bound? There's some info here.

 

There are plenty of people who can offer advice so have a read of that and let us know if you think it might be what's wrong .

I agree....keep her warm and take her to the vet if she doesn't perk up.

 

A calcium supplement might help.
