chickenNutter
Bad hair day........... Bad hair life! he looks like a boiled horse I agree - he doesn't do it for me!
MedusA
I'm sure Matt Smith will be great and make the role his own. I enjoyed his acting in the "Ruby in the Smoke" with Billie Piper. He's just a bit young for me. I think I read that his look is going to be a sort of eccentric professor, complete with tweed jacket and bow tie. Of course I will carry on watching, but DT has been my "special" Doctor and I will be very upset at his end. Hankies at the ready, methinks. alih
Is it DT's final one at Christmas? Yes, bluekarin, it is. Sniff. Sniff.

alih
Don't delete the Doctor - did you see the preview on Children in Need? I know RTD and have always nagged him about wanting to be the Dr's assistant...sadly he knows I can't act BUT I nearly leaped out of my chair on Friday night when one of the Dr's lines was " I named a galaxy Alison"........ he spoke my name! My life is made!

Valkyrie
Finally got to see it. Brilliant Martians, although they obviously were in desperate need for some Vaseline on those chapped lips. Not too keen on the maudling - too heavy for the programme we thought. And where is the follow on eh? It's just one part episode hanging in the air. Grrrrr. Still I will miss DT - definitely the best Doc (although I liked Patrick Troughton).
