Christian Posted December 11, 2009 Share Posted December 11, 2009 Have you got the recipe? edit - found it - Put 100g dried cranberries, 50g prunes,125g golden caster sugar,1 cinnamon stick, 1 tbsp juniper berries the pared rind of 1 orange & the contents of a 70cl bottle of vodka into a 1 litre clean sterilised bottle. Leave for 2 weeks, shaking every now & then. Strain through a clean muslin cloth, decant into sterilised pretty bottles & give as gifts to people you like It will keep for up to 3 months in a cool dark place.
