Dose any one know what omlets Anti Feather Pecking Spray 250ml

is like ?

Its ok and will help with a minor problem but when things get serious you need to break out something else

Works for a day or so but does not stop the behaviour. A squirt of anti pek on the bullied and a spray of freezing water for the bully is a better combo.

 

I can assure you it tastes DISGUSTING and sort of numbs the tongue As I discovered getting down wind of the spray in error.

i have not had to use it but it would be really tempting if i had any!

I tried it and it didn't work at all.I had to resort to a bumper bit which was fab.I have now removed the bumper bit and my Elsie is now one of the most placid chickens ever. I have to say, I did try the water treatment as well before resorting to the bumper bit.

I had to spray Flo with this yesterday. Although she has regained her feathers after moulting she is still being picked on. She has a red sore patch about the size of a 10 pence. Will I need to spray her again then? It certainly smells disgusting enough to put the others off

 

I'm about to order some bumpa bits as well.

I have not noticed her being picked on but shes a sore bum for so long ive tryed loads of

different things over the last year but her feathers just wont grow back ive even seperated her from the others and her skin did not change colour
