Pro - Does anyone else's nest boxes get soaked in rain?

The postie delivered a box today which I opened (wasn't expecting it but didn't know it was a present!). It was a lovely white ceramic egg tray. Problem was there was no card or address in the box so I had no idea who it was from .

 

A bit of detective work revealed similar handwriting and mistakes in our address to a card addressed to my boys from my brother in Norwich .

 

He has chickens too (or did till all 6 got taken by a fox ) so obviously has good taste .

Oooo that sounds lovely, egg trays/cups must be doing a terrific trade at the moment. I know of a few places where they have actually sold out of stock

Didn't have one, that was the problem .

Edit: actually, on closer inspection, there is an NR1 printed on it - didn't notice that before .
