abwsco
Oooh, my Mum used to do Pan Haggerty and it was delicious. One of my favourite meals infact. I've cooked it but as no-one else had heard of it they thought it was something I'd made up.

Egluntyne
Bacon Potato - thinly sliced Onion - halved and thinly sliced Carrot - thinly sliced Chicken stock Butter Grated Cheese Lightly pre fry or grill the bacon. Layer veg and bacon, starting and finishing with potatoes. I used an old square shaped Pyrex type dish. Season. Add chicken stock Dot the top with butter Cover with foil. Cook for approx 40 mins in a medium oven till veg cooked and top beginning to brown. Top with grated cheese and either brown in oven or under a hot grill.
