How do you get the chooks to drink from the superglug? None of mine seem to have got the hang of it yet so I have had to put another drinker in which gets emptied rapidly whilst the SG is full to the brim.

I would take the other away and tap the nipples with a stick. It worked for mine.

I've just ordered a superglug and I'm hoping that my lot will pick up the knack of drinking from it as they like to drink the droplets from the temporary plastic tarpaulin that is failing miserably to protect the exposed side of my WIR!!

I'm trying mine with the superglug again as they wouldn't use it last time

ive no idea how to get them to drink from the superglug! my 7 will not drink from it either

i tried having no other water in the run and tapping the superglug to make it drip. but no interest i even sat in their prodding it but no joy

i then tried hanging it lower so they could drink out of the top but 2 of them then managed to cut their bit where their beaks join their combs on the rough rim

i gave up and now they have the normal glug.
