I have never had a lone chook outside in an Eglu. and only had exbats.

this girls looks like a sumo wrestler in comparrison.

she was found wandering on a high street locally, she was handed in to a vets who asked if I would foster her.

She is flippin huge compared to my girls

Is Beautifully glossy,

Very friendly,

Big voice.

looks older rather than younger BUT her egg was very small.

She is in my holiday Eglu, will take photo's tom.(been an odd day today!)

feel sure that someone somewhere is very upset at her loss, so not expectingher to stay.

My girls were very funny... they saw her from the greenhouse & must have thought she was the holiday hens back again, and took no notice UNTIL the egg "oh yay" was called.

she has a voice that goes with her size and clearly, they noted, NOT who they thought she was!

Well nothing will be known until vets reopen Monday, BUT the person that found her has put a few notices up, so IF someone looks they will be reassured!

One was RIGHT outside her house, they went out for the day, got home intime to lock them up, and found one missing, they thought fox had got her.

She has taken to laying in a hedge, they thought she had stopped when someone said she was laying in the hedge,

11 eggs.!

Anyway hedges are walk through. they live right on a busy main road

one lucky chook, very sweet and friendly, bit sad and happy that she's gone home.

WQpuld have happily kept chookzilla AKA Bertha, but was really called Bunty I think, sge said.

Nice to think of her tucked up with her 9 mates, apparently she is an independent soul!

A shoulder Rooster too, and a house chook (do I know what that is?)

Anyway she had more fun here than in a cafe at the vets
