fluffyknickers
I bought an item from ebay (some kerestase hair spray) on the 2nd March - I still havent received it. I have emailed the person and not heard anything - emailed 12th March. Says seller ships within 5 days. When should I take further action? BarbaraJ
I usually email them telling them if i hear nothing i will have to report them, usually this works but if not I'd look on the help pages on ebay.
Chucky Mama
It is still quite early. Are you sure that the post office aren't holding it for you - so many postmen don't leave calling cards these days. I have had 2 things returned to me over the weeekend marked 'not called for'. Neither recipient knew that they were being held
Cinnamon
Well, they should have got back to you. Send them one more email - do it via the eBay messaging service and also send it direct to their email address. If you don't hear from them or recieve it by the weekend, take further action. Did you pay by paypal? If so its a simple,if somewhat longwinded process to get your refund. If you havene't already, check their recent feedback,as others may have also had problems
bluekarin
I was about to suggest looking at their recent feedback that they have given to others. If they haven't left anything for a while, then maybe they haven't been able to get to the computer. I can't remember how long you need to wait before reporting them. Ebay community is a good place for advice. Do a search on there and I am sure someone else will have had the same problem as you. Good luck! It is so frustrating when you win something and look forward to receiving, to be left in the cold.
A chickychickychick-ENN!!
I had similar once, and their computer had gone on the blink. I'd ask them to reply within a few days, then if you don't hear, go down the bad feedback and reclaim route. Things happen, but they are sort of business people and know how ebay works and the expectations people have, so unless they've been hit by ill health, there isn't really an excuse. Libraries have computers. There are ways of keeping customers in the loop.

Guest
there's an option (can't remember how to do it off the top of my head) to get their personal details which includes their phone number. I just get their details and phone them.
