Just to say and this is not a fault finding mission but I couldnt find oven temp. I looked on Google and its 180. I like the recipes on here as tried and tested by humans rather than celebs chefs etc. It may be me having a senior moment. Looked delicious and will make another for easter. It was not a criticism - as I said I love the recipes on forum - its nice to print out and stick into recipe book for later use. I now have the waffle recipe (used as pancakes for kids as no waffle maker) and Poets lemon tart plus a couple of others. So keep up good work.
