debbier
I will vote too...I owe it to the Pankhursts and Emily Davidson and Women's Suffrage in general ...and that's why I always vote, too. It's a right that was hard earned by some.
debbier
And would anyone really be shallow enough to vote for a particular party because one wife is pregnant or another has better dresses? There are plenty that do! The spin doctors are the worst thing about all this malarky. When they reported that Mrs Cameron may once have voted Labour it was held up as some dirty secret, whereas I thought it reflected well on her as an individual rather than as just some arm candy. I don't vote one way just because my OH does.
TAJ
If I was the BBC I would make a decision such as during the 6 - 6.30 news that say 6.15-6.25 is an election free news zone - that way I might not miss the news I would like to know about - I haven't watched the news on telly since the election stuff started. The good thing with papers and ceefax as that you can skip the election stuff. Tracy
