What makes a chicken coop easy to live with?

Me and my grandma have been doing our family tree together recently. We have taken trips to do more research and it seems to be going well.

 

Anyway its her 80th Birthday in October(not usually like me to be planning this far in advance!) and so i thought it would be nice if i could get her side of the tree written up and then put in a frame for a present. However i have no idea where i can go to do this, does anyone know of an online company that would write it out. I have decided that i would rather it was written out than typed.

What a lovely idea, I'm sure your gran will appreciate it.

 

Just a thought - You can get some really good handwriting type fonts... if you have it done electronically then you can print additional copies, or edit and add to it as you find out more.

What a lovely idea You could do a search for calligraphers (if that is what you call people that do calligraphy?!) or certificate writers.

Good luck with your search. Thanks to my cousin Jean her research as gone that far back, that we need a roll of wall paper to fit it all on. Just go back 6 generations and see how many surnames you come up with......

Try this guy - www.familytreeprinting.co.uk. He is based in Warminster, Wiltshire, but mails worldwide. My husband Craig was going to get him to do ours(www.gingell.com) for a family re-union, but there are over 1200 names on ours and it was going to work out a bit expensive - never mind a bit big!! Feel free to mention his name as he said he would happily refer others.

Looney-thanks for the tip about calligraphers-looks just what i'm looking for. Need to count up approx how many names there are in the tree so i can contact some and get some prices!
