annettec
We placed the three girls in their walk in run on Wednesday 18ft x 6ft and they are not impressed ! They are laying very sporadically they had been laying three every day even in the snow BUT we are now only geting maybe two each day and have a softie and two eggs with funny large circles too so I am guessing they are letting me know they are not happy We have been giving corn and mealworms for them to search for amoungst the Hemcore and I have sneakily let them out twice for 20 mins but ............. Will they settle down or should I give in, they seem happy enough when they think I am not watching !!! and have a dust bath and perches etc
Egluntyne
Maybe they are having too much in the way of treats. It will crowd out the nutritious pellets and may have an impact on their laying.
