What happens when you peck your bathtime bubbles

I've only ever had to bath our Orpingtons' rear ends, as they both get dirty bottoms. I think they're just too feathery! The hybrids and ex-barn hens are always lovely and clean. I do it for their health - pooey bottoms can get flyblown, especially in warm weather, leading to nasty consequences. I just use a weak solution of ecover washing up liquid in the water and... :vom: ... remove the poo by hand.

 

They seem to love it! I think it's the warm water!
