Just 2 questions

1 Found soft egg with shell like a bit of rubber (deflated balloon) is this from the hen not laying or a practice egg from the 2nd hen do you think

2 The first hen to lay - did "bantum" sized round eggs - now bigger and oval the second hen went straight into proper egg mode - why?
