Helly Welly Posted May 3, 2010 Share Posted May 3, 2010 We've decided to switch from a WIR to the cube run with extension. We put it together today, with a bit of swearing, but found a problem. The back and side panels have 'p clips' which are supposed to attach it to the cube. However, there are no holes for the p clips to screw into. The screws of the p clips are flat so they are not self-tappers. I feel that the cube should have designated holes with metal screwy bits inside for me to screw the p clips into. We're downsizing because we're sticking to 6 chickens from now on, we were up to 10 at one point but we don't have enough egg customers now. We'd also like some of our garden back. The WIR is 12'x12' and is beginning to look like the elephant in the corner.
