Snowy
We only use the cafetiere when camping, but on the last outing it broke I want to replace it with a stainless steel one, but I have no idea what size to get! It would be OK if I could get out to the shops to see them in the flesh, but it's hard ot tell from a picture on ebay! 'Cup' size doesn't mean much to me - does it mean cups as in tiny espresso size cups? Or cups as in proper mug size cups? I don't even know what size our last one was - we used to use 4 desertspoons of coffee (well I did but OH said that was too weak ) I need to be able to get 4 mugfuls out of it - what size would you go for? Blackrocksrock
http://www.amazon.co.uk/GRUNWERG-CAFE-CHIC-CAFETIERE-Boxed/dp/B002ALDDT2 this one on AMAZON is the same/similar to the one on ebay and its 0.8l FOR 6 CUPS I would say you need an 8 cup one as an average mug is 250ml x 4 = 1Litre
Christian
With 4 dessertspoons of coffee I would say the 8 cup one too!
