Bread machine recipes ?

Recommended Posts

Hi, I have found a couple of recipes for you:

Banana nut loaf - yeast free, (quick setting)

230ml warmed milk

3tbsp light vegetable oil

3 medium eggs (room temperature)

3 small or 2 medium bananas (ripe and mashed)

100g caster sugar

100g light brown sugar

2 tsp salt

100g chopped walnuts

225g plain white flour

225g strong white bread flour

2 tsp baking powder.

Raisin cake - yeast free (quick setting)

250ml milk at room temperature

2 medium eggs at room temperature

60g butter softened/melted

1tsp vanilla extract

100g caster sugar

100g raisins

1 tsp salt

250g plain flour

1 tbsp baking powder

Toss the raisins in some of the flour to coatbefore adding them to the rest of the ingredients. This will help to prevent them from sinking to the bottom of the batter. Set to 'quick'. Once cooked remove and cool on a wire rack.

I hope this is helpful. I havent made these recipes so dont know how they will turn out.

Enjoy :D:D

I also have a recipe for crranberry and pecan loaf and rich sultana and cherry bread if you are interested, just let me know.

This is DH's recipe so excuse the fact that it's brief!

2-3 "super ripe black" bananas "squashed" (his words )

220g sugar

3 tablespoons veg oil

2 eggs

250g SR flour

Chuck it all in, put on "pizza mix" for 5 mins then scoop flour from sides with a plastic spatula and, if necessary, "pizza mix" it for another min to make sure it's all blended. Then "normal bake" for 55 mins...

Hope that makes sense, that was his explanation of his scribble! :?
