Louise
Hi Nicola, yes they are too young yet but it will be interesting to see. He had a go at pheasant the other week but it just flew up a tree and just squawked at him I think if he gets a good pecking he will become quite wary the other 2 don't go near them just the young one
SarahJo
Do you feed your cat . He's a funny one .. very persistant, like the Avatar too .. very approriate, maybe when he gets a peck or two, that will make the next photo!. . Sarah .. not so up North as I would like, with
Louise
Yes Sarah I do feed them and they supplement the diet with local wildlife he is just young and nosey. My other 2 cats are farm cats he is a silver tabby who came from Edinburgh and he also gets called Posh Paws so maybe that is why the other 2 have seen it all before and it is more fascinating to him I have lots of snow today anybody else got lots The 40 minute drive to work took an hour and a half I go through a town called Penicuik and it was gridlock - no reason just gridlock 'The Penicuik Triangle'
Nicola H
Yes louise, we have snow here in Cheshire it took my son over an hour to get to school, which is only 6 miles away everbody just seems to go a lot slower. I am going into Manchester this morning so had better leave myself plenty of time.
SarahJo
Yep .. its white in Macclesfield, though only a wee bit!. Haha Posh Paws hey, must be from a nice part of Edinburgh, rather than Craigmillar!!! Sarah , though decidedly white today ,
Mrs Frugal
No snow - again
Louise
Sorry you have no snow Kate you can have some of mine if you want I may have to go home in case the predicted rain doesn't arrive I drive a ridiculous car (MX5) which is a glorified roller skate with rear wheel drive so therefore no weight on the drive wheels and it don't like snow. It is still snowing so I will take stock at 1pm ish!! Posh Paws doesn't like the snow either Sarah so chooks will be okay it sounds as if you know Edinburgh he came from a very dodgy part of town I won't say since I don't want to offend suffice to say I didn't want to park for long I may have lost my tyres!! Still if I get home in daylight I will get some pics of chooks in the snow!!
SarahJo
I once was a Pharmaceutical Rep in Edinburgh ... and my brothers, 2 of which police up there, gave me a tour of were NOT to go!. Having said that .. the only place where my wheels were actually stolen, and my car left on bricks .. was outside Victoria Royal Infirmary, in Glasgow. If I was brave enough I could have gone down the road to a dodgy pub in the Gorbals and bought them back .. needless to say I called a tow truck instead. Louise
Ouch I joke about but its never happened to me!! I am actually from Dunfermline I just prefer not to go across the bridge to work and I wouldn't live in a city now unless I had to I spent 13 years living in Oxford before coming home and I have never looked back!! When I first moved back I had to stay not far from where Chips came from till the sale on my flat in Peebles (i have moved since) went through and that few weeks was enough to put me off living there!! I wouldn't have gone into the dodgy pub to retrieve the wheels either very sensible

Louise
To be honest I can't remember the last time I was out that late which is why I feel so "Ooops, word censored!" today and I am meeting a pal for dinner tonight I hope she doesn't want a late night as I am fading fast. I am having a senior moment as I can't do this whole up at 5am and not getting to bed till 1 the next morning anymore
Louise
Hi peeps, I know I have been a bit quiet but I have been busy at work for the last 2 weeks and today is no different I am off next week woo hoo but it means I have loads to do before I go off. While off I have to start writing up my MSc as the project finished last week so no rest for the wicked Anyway I have a request I am interested to see what the eglu on ebay sells for (just being nosey) and I can't access internet auction sites from work I just get a big 'superscout surfing prevented' notice they really are quite stuffy sometimes Hopefully my girls will get some quality time spent with them but I have to try and be disciplined as it ain't going to write itself
Nicola H
Louise I am watching the Eglu or as it is called on ebay Eggloo I have put a bid in on it but was out bid last night, think I might just snipe at the end if the price is not too high will let you know what it goes for.............
Mrs Frugal
Hubby won't let me bid - he says we've got no grass left with 2 hens - what we'd be like with more, doesn't bear thinking about! I'd go for it if it wasn't for Mr Negative ! Good luck if you continue bidding. Hope it doesn't go too high. Everything I've ever bid for on Ebay has gone over what I'd really wanted to pay and I've ended up with big bills!
