What to do next?

Running out of ideas fast.

Got 7 girls all ex batts on 22nd May. Mavis was by far the smallest and least feathered. Betty & Hilda perused Mavis and attacked her most of the time. I cornered off the bottom end of the run to keep the bullies away but still insight of the others. They all free range on an evening. After 2 weeks Betty is now fine, still the odd peck but she is top chuck. Hilda is getting no better she still attacks Mavis. I removed the isolation area last night as Hilda was pacing none stop and had started to pull out feathers but now Mavis is hiding in the coop and afraid to come out , when she dose come out for food she is pounced on.. Hilda gets on fine with the other girls as does Mavis it’s just that Hilda just will not tolerate Mavis

Mavis is covered in Nettex anti pecking spray but it doesn’t work. My only other option is to try and re home Hilda (I have a big soft spot for Mavis).

Any advise please

Is it worth seperating Hilda for a while, and leave Mavis in with the rest?

Don't have any experience - only repeating what I have seen on here - but then maybe Hilda will learn her lesson, and maybe drop a few places in the pecking order which may help? And Mavis will be able to establish her position - even if it is bottom!

Whatever you do - good luck!
