Stoat killed hens asleep in the Eglu

[chicken_lover]

For a chicken englu without the chickens. In Georgia.

[Sheilaz]

Georgia, U.S.A.? Welcome to the forum!

You would need to contact the company Omlet to find out this info, about the Eglu, you could try;

james@omlet.co.uk

Good luck, do tell us how you get on.

Hello Chicken Lover.

There is a US Omlet page, with all the details you need here

At time of posting this message the costs are:

1 Eglu costs $495.00

Each hen $10.00

50 lb Sack of Layers Pellets $49.00

The delivery weight increases with each additional item and so do the delivery charges and if you live in Iowa there is an additional 6% sales tax.

Hope this helps.

There is a very friendly US forum too here

[bronze]

why is it so much cheaper in the US?

[Egluntyne]

Everything is cheaper in the US!

Would it be cheaper to buy one over there and have it shipped to the UK?

[bronze]

thats what I was wondering.

How much do you reckon shipping would be, theres a big difference in the prices afterall

[Egluntyne]

Can't imagine....I wouldn't know where to look!

I hope I've got the figures right....not missed out a nought!.....I did triple check.

[bronze]

ahh just had a look

their delivery is loads more it works out for an eglu without chickens to be about a tenner less unless you live in Iowa in wish case I think it would slightly more.

And they don't have purple!

They can have 4 chickens too!
