SarahJo
Martin Inter did not CRUNCH united on Weds - I know as I was there pitch-side with Ben and Joe . The score was 3-2 so not a total walk over - and the ref was from Inter too - very biased - even Giggs nearly decked him . Anyway - the reds are well reved up for the blues later today . gooner.girl
Ok confession time... Have changed my team already and have picked a Man.U player instead of Kevin Nolan. Paul Scholes. Can someone who actually follows Man. U tell me if he's likely to play this season? If not, will change him again!

SarahJo
Answer to the Paul Scholes - I wouldn't put money on him playing any time too soon, as he has a bad knee injury. Oh, Martin - you know EVERYONE blames the REF in footy, don't they
Martin B
Would anybody like to join up to an Omlet Fantasy Football League. I've chose Channel4 as the server as they do not charge! All you have to do is go to http://www.channel4.com/sport and click on the relevant link for the fantasy football. The password for out league table is 5038 I've picked a team mostly of unproven players, who I still believe can pick up some points for me. Phil - Any chance of a reminder of the opening fixtures ready for the predictions, after watching pre-season games I would like to change mine. gooner.girl
Martin has posted the details above for the fantasy football Chelsea. Go and enter a team - it will be fun beating the boys week in, week out. Glad you're ok. Not ready for the footy season?! I can't wait - feels like ages! gooner.girl
Answer to the Paul Scholes - I wouldn't put money on him playing any time too soon, as he has a bad knee injury. Thanks Sarah Jo. Shall go and change it - knew it was a bad idea to put Man Utd players in it!
SarahJo
OI Cheeky Gooner girl . Anderson the new guy got injured too - 1st match in - he needs to wise up to english footy, did not get the concept of a streaker at all . Having said about scholes - he's rumoured to play a match v Dumfermline, but I still would not bet on a fast return.

chelsea
Ive joined the fantasy league. Pretty darn good team if you ask me.....seeing as I had limited funds!! I've a funny feeling Chelsea's Champs are going to flourish this season
gooner.girl
Well, I changed Scholes for another Man.U player in the end. Giggsy. I know hes an old gimmer but he does score goals (tell me he's not injured...) Chelsea, your team looks pretty good. Way better then the boys ones (though not as good as mine - no "Ooops, word censored!"nal players in yours y'see! )
chelsea
Well I was going to pick Gallas, but he blew my budget so I had to do some higgery pokery....my midfield has got a bit of "terrier" about it with chopper gerrard, bulldog bullard and bulldozer rooney darting here and there! I did pick Lauren though Showed hubby your team and we laughed - nearly all "Ooops, word censored!"nal or ex "Ooops, word censored!"nal ! I didnt pick my fave (Terry) cos I know he's got injury probs.
gooner.girl
Was gonna pick an entire ex "Ooops, word censored!"nal and "Ooops, word censored!"nal team but decided picking the best team and thrashing the lot of you was more important! Just so happened the best team is majority ex gooners! The ex "Ooops, word censored!"nal players i have in are class! (though still think Cole is an idiot!) but other ex gooners like Steven Sidwell i could have picked - but is he likely to get a game? Reckon Jimmy Bullard will do well for you at that bargain price. He always plays well against us...
