batcatz Posted July 6, 2010 Share Posted July 6, 2010 Mine woke me up singing the egg song this morning. It starts off with a noise like a crow, then goes sing songy. Snoxy Posted July 7, 2010 Share Posted July 7, 2010 Olive my gorgeous new girl makes a noise like a duck...I had read about this before...but now I know chickens that sound like ducks do exist My girls make lots of different noises...Clara screeches when she is on the nest if any other hen gets too close...all of them squawk and of course some of them cluck after laying an egg...love it...not sure my neighbours do...but so far no complaints Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
