AJuff
I have just returned home from newcastle to find my mobile has slipped out of my pocket and onto the seat and i've left it on the train. I wouldn't care but I checked the seat where DS was to check he hadn't left anything. Now I've got no alram for the morning etc etc. Unfortunately OH deals with phone stuff and I don't even know what network etc it is to cancel it!!!!! Have rung OH but he's in Turkey and may not get the message until he lands home at 1am!!! In the wrong hands someone may have rung Australia by now!!! Looney
Oh No! Do you have any mobile bills filed away anywhere? Then at least you could find out the network and a number to call. Also, have you contacted the train company to see if it has been handed in? Hope you get it sorted
Lesley
Oh dear! I hope you manage to sort it out.
AJuff
After numerous internet searches I finally found an email lost property information to log my missing phone on. They have auto emailed a response to say they will endeavour to get back to me within 20 days. They have finally released a clearly very precious phone numer to call but the office is closed until 8am. DD returned home to enlighten me which network I was on and found me the bill. Their offices are closed until 8am too. So I will have to wait until the morning. All very frustrating. Last month I found someones phone whilst out walking. We called 'home' from the phone and explained we had found their phone and arrange to meet them to hand it back to them. No one has rung me from my phone!! Olly
oh dear - I do sympathise, so easily done and I would be in real trouble if I lost my phone, because I have so many numbers stored on there, and no, I don't back them up anywhere ... don't give up hope, a couple of people at work have lost their phones and had them returned in the way you describe, by someone ringing and arranging to return it. Hope it turns up. Have you tried ringing it?

Seagazer
You have my sympathy, I lost my mobile last year. I was really upset as I hadn't backed it up for a long time so lost many photos. I hope you manage to sort it out without too many problems.
