MedusA
They are both absolutely gorgeous. Congratulations on your 2 CoFs. I would have found it difficult to say no too, even if I couldn't possibly have a cockerel.
Daphne
They are absolutely gorgeous. I've always like brahma cockerals the most of all the breeds - all that trouserage I imagine Walter will be a big hit with your ladies, I'm sure Daphne (great name BTW will be particularly charmed! I hope he's a real gentlemen with them (guarding and food in exchange for....well you know ) and you have a lot of fun with them all. I guess you'll have to see how the crowing goes - big lad = big lungs = likely to be loud, but at least it won't be shrill. I see the weather forecast is set fair - a bit of chook gazing in order I think

clootie
I've just gone out to find him in one of the little chicken houses I have for my bantams! How he managed to squeeze himself in there is beyond me and watching him get out was hilarious, one nosey bird we have here! His crow is indeed deep and a little left of centre of the usual "cock a doodle do" He lets us know it's 6.00am then all quiet! I love him and his missus to bits already and the niggling doubts of having a cockerel have been blown away by how lovely and gentle he is. He has been providing treats for the rest of the posse who come running at his call. So lovely to watch.

Daphne
Hurrah They are magnificent aren't they - when I watch my boy I feel so privileged to have him even though he's just a large white bird so not as showy as most cockerals. When his time is up I'll definitely be getting another!
salbo
WOW, what a stunner he is! wish I was allowed a cockeral!
chick wiggle
Now, Im not usually a fickle person, but, i am making an exception for Walter. He is stealing a little bit (well, quite a big bit actually!) of my heart from Bill, Mostins gorgeous cockeral. HE IS STUNNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well Done for making the right decision Cloots
