You need to turn the door handle to unlock it before you can open it.

It won't turn :(

It will pull out and push in, but that's all. I've put my head through the side and I can see the metal bit that is supposed to be opening and shutting the door, but it isn't hooked into the door, which I guess is why it's staying closed. I am hoping my OH will be able to sort it out

You probably need to centre it again with the bars on the wheels. I find that the plastic moves a bit when ever I change the position of the cube so just have to fiddle a bit.

I've just experimented with removing the divider because I have four Polands and 3 ex-bats, and one of each decided that they NEEEDED to lay at the same time, in the same place!!! NOW! There were some fisti-cuffs one day so I just took the divider out - and bingo! they now lay side by side and peace has descended so I'm leaving it out.

Admittedly, they were used to laying there, but I don't see why, if you put some rubber eggs in to give them a hint, your hens wouldn't twig this is where they go to lay.

Well my OH managed to get the door open, although it was a bit of a job. I had managed to get the Cube a bit wonky as when I was moving the lid of the Cube one of the wheels moved and as it's so heavy I wasn't able to get it level again. We had so much rain here yesterday that I thought the Cube would be flooded inside as I hadn't managed to get the roof back on properly either, but when I had a look inside it didn't actually seem too bad, just a few drops of rain had got in.
