cellarboy
My ex-bats have taken a liking to eating the leaves of my hibiscus plant... Is this safe?
Patricia W
Are they still with you?
Chicken Shirl
One of mine eats the leaves off the peace lilly. I don't think they eat what isn't good for them. That's my experience anyway.
Egluntyne
Hibiscus isn't mentioned on the list of poisonous plants in the FAQ section, so I guess it must be OK. They tend to avoid anything that is dodgy.
crankycookie
I know that at least the blooms of the hibiscus plant are a particular treat to my desert tortoise and are considered safe for human consumption (often in teas), so I think your chickens should be fine.
