hi i am hoping someone can give me advice one of our hens pip, she isnt quite her self shes eating but not like the usual ganit chickens are. Her poos is clear with dark green lumps and a splash of white, she is quite reserved sitting down alot in the run.

 

we have some probelms with pecking she has a balded part of her back which is just strating to refeather we have been using ukadex but now she is grubby we was'nt sure if using the ukadex for a long period of time could be a factor? but are not sure she seems to have been ok with it so far. Her comg is red but she has not been laying for about a week but has only been quiet the last day or so, have just started worming them today for the autumn

Good that you have started worming, that would be my first action with diarrheoa.

 

Make sure she is drinking plenty as they can dehydrate very quickly.

it sounds to me as if worming is what she needs.

she is still lying down abit but is also walking around and eating, her poos have improved but are still quite runny is there anything i can give her to help?

I'd keep her on pellets and water for a few days. That should firm things up a bit. I wouldn't overdo it with supplements or other medications whilst she is being wormed.
