Griffin Posted September 17, 2010 Share Posted September 17, 2010 I'm feeling very proud of my girls right now, they saved our Jessica Rabbits life! I used to have Omlet netting to section off parts of the garden but replaced it with netting that had smaller holes so that the chicks couldn't escape. Naughty Jessica had bitten a hole in it in an attempt to get to my vegetable plot but got her head stuck. If I hear Bridget or Francesca making a racket I know the sky must be falling in so when I heard them I dashed outside to see what was wrong and found Jessica struggling to free herself. I'm certain that if Bridget & Francesca hadn't told me something was wrong then Jessica would've died Poor girl was ever so upset, we've had lots of cuddles together. I always thought that the chickens hated Jessica but I guess they must've felt something for her after all!
