Treekeeper
Bought YS an Ipod touch last Xmas from Amazon and the back light failed the other day rang Amazon who said not fobbing you off sir in a robotic voice but ring this number first at Apple so I did told them the problem and they said a box will be with you within 2 days place your Ipod in it an we will send you another within 10 days no arguments no warranty numbers. Quite impressed withthe customer service.
Chucky Mama
You're lucky. I have spent over 6 hours on the phone sorting out faulty iPods - all had faults that showed up within a week. I am on my 4th - they said they would send me something FOC for my trouble. Still waiting
Old Speckled Hen
I've had an iPod since they first came out in the UK (I'm on my fifth upgrade) and strangely never had any problems with any of them. Had Macs for 13 years with excellent support when rarely needed. I hope your problem gets sorted CM.
Ain't Nobody Here
I won't buy anything from Apple after a disastrous experience with an Ipod nano . Glad they've been good to you though .
SarahJo
Both i touches that we have recently had probs. One where the touch screen just seemed to lose sensitisation, and the other a back button failure. Apple were good with us too - sent YS off on a Thursday, had a new one on the Saturday ES pod took a little longer - but again within a week of sending off, and they extended the warranty Shame they are not consistently good
Geoid
Im not impressed with Apple at all. My macbook is only 3 years old, the CD drive doesn't work, the casing is cracked (I haven't dropped it or anything) and apple say I have to buy more warranty for it. aaronmusgrove123
So far all my experiences have been great with apple, I bought some in ear earphones from them a couplemof years ago and when they broke I rang them and they sent me the newer version worth £60, then a couple of months later they broke and they sent me more. Well yesterday a year after my last set they broke again and they straight away sent some more out to me so I'm pretty impressed by there customer service. I love their products ! I've bought each of their iPhones and I've never had problems and I recently bought the iPad, it is really good ! Although I've not had good experiences with the touches ! They always break or scratch quite easily. Aaron
