Chicken boarders

I know this is totally unrelated to chickens but I was just wondering if anyone on here has sat chartered accountancy exams?

 

I am currently studying for my final Case Study exam, the Advanced Information has been issued with 48!!!!! pages of information I have to sift through before the 4 hour exam. Stress is not the word!!!

 

Has anyone else done these? Any pointers? I have only just printed it off - not even skim read it yet and feel like I can't breathe properly.

No not done it but DD about to start training to be a chartered accountant so just wanted to wish you luck.

Is it CIMA you're doing? I did it 4 or 5 years ago now (blimey that's flown) and the case study was easily the exam I dreaded most. It's the wooly questions and not having anything specific to revise as such that gets you panicky. It'll be clear from the case study though where you need to be researching and I think once you get a feel for the subject a bit the panic does subside just a little. Maybe!

 

Sorry not a great deal of help. The exam wasn't as bad as I feared though. Good luck with it - and if I can pass it anyone can!
