Chicken boarders

I have signed up for a course at my local quilting shop to make a quilt (Plan C) from this book.

 

The fabric quantities that the shop say I need and the quantities listed on an Internet site seem to differ somewhat. Needless to say the fabric Little Miss Webmuppet wants me to make the quilt from isn't available at the shop so I will have to get it in advance.

 

I have the book on order from Amazon but it's not due to arrive for a couple of weeks. If anyone does have the book, could you let me know the definitive answer, please.

The book has arrived LMW and I went off to a quilting shop

which is even closer to home than Quilters Haven............and bought loads of fabric a mixture of fairy frost and batiks to do the quilt. We didn't get layer cakes but as you cut the layer cakes up I don't think it really matters.
