Cinnamon
Watching it now. Has anyone else noticed how her voice seems a not odd in this show, like her mouth is always full or something?
bluekarin
I watched it a bit when it was on (was that last night? or the one before? can't remember) and I thought she sounded a little, er, annoyed and fed up, and like she was just going through the motions. The Marmite pasta does sound nice, but I'd feel odd just giving that to my kids for dinner, with no veggies. The grasshopper pie sounds intriguing
winterwren
Nigella was doing a book signing today in my town. The queue was about 3 hrs long. I sneaked a peak through the window and she did look lovely but she did seem to have rather a large head

I just caught the end of the repeat this morning and thought exactly the same - and she was touting as a meal for children......I dread to think how much salt it has in it .......and what has she had done to her face???? it looks plastic and doesn't work properly!! MarkBevBen
I don't mind Nigella - the chicken recipe I've done a few times now and love it You can get her recipes on the website, here you go: http://www.nigella.com/
MarkBevBen
After watching last nights show, have to say there's no way I'd get out of bed to start chopping anchovies!!!!
Egluntyne
Who in their right mind would eat pasta in a greasy tomato-ey sauce, in a bed which has been freshly made up with crisp, newly laundered white sheets? Sheesh. Liked the brick wrapped in foil idea. I might try that to make bacon behave itself in the pan.
MarkBevBen
All these little Nigella-ism's completely passed me by, until I read this thread!! She's still one of my favourites though I'm not too sure about having the chicken/chorizo/potato/cheese quesadillas for breakfast though - lunch for sure, but don't think I could stomach them for breakky
Egluntyne
I made her meat loaf as demonstrated in Thursday's episode today. It went down a storm with the chaps. I possibly wouldn't bother with the eggs in the centre another time as it made it a bit difficult to carve. It did look pretty though.
