Found some red mite in my wooden ark, not that many (15), it was 5.30pm so had to dismantle and clean best we could with about an hour of light left. Guess that may account for the small eggs recently.

 

I need to change to plastic housing I explained to OH, for best animal husbandry and have been searching for the dimensions for a GO but can't seem to locate it. I think it would fit perfectly to my run setup.

 

That was the opportunity, or so I thought. The blackmail demands have now arrived, by OH "If you are getting one of those. I want that wood burning stove you promised last Xmas" (A use for the old ark perhaps!)

 

Anyone know the measurements of a GO please

Morning! I have just measured the back of our Eglu Go - it's approximately 58cm in height, 75cm in width and 75cm in depth. It does get a bit bigger to the front of the Eglu but I can't get in the run very easily to measure the front height and width dimensions! I guess it would only be a couple of cm bigger all round. Good luck!

I only have the classic but I know that people who have both prefer the classic.

It really is a solid house. I have picked up several second hand bargains.

I have a classic and also a wooden traingular ark that fits to a raised triangular frame so I think I can swap the coop for a GO and with a bit of carpentry I can slot in the replacement!

 

Very kind lady at Omlet went out to measure it when she realised the only measurement on the instruction manual is the 80 x 80 foot print

 

Anyhow the height at the front is approx 63 cm and the width at the top 43cm, I think I have a plan, now to find a wood burning stove !
