Boo is now an expert clicker trianed percher (more tricks to come!) and Smokie is getting the hang of it - this video shows her 3rd lesson. AmberSky Posted October 17, 2010 Share Posted October 17, 2010 Impressive though the girls are only jumping to get the corn, the clicker is a bit pointless maybe. i did try clicker training for my dog but as the chickens she learned better just with treats. I disagree - they have to jump when the clicker clicks - the food is (or mostly is) out of sight. Smokie is not as well trianed as Boo - if you watch the one of Boo (in signature) you can see she'll do a lot of jumps to the clicker before I reward her with corn.
